No one said upfront how long the software update could take. Wasn’t until tech arrived that anyone said it could take as long as 2-3 hours. Had I known that, I probably would have scheduled for a different day.

Sam Leman Ford went above and beyond to save our vacation! We were towing our camping trailer on a trip from IL to TN when the engine in our F150 started shuddering/bucking. I found the nearest Ford dealer (Sam Leman) and called and talked to Lyric, a service advisor, and she was able to get me in within 30 mins st the end of the day. Most of the technicians were leaving at the end of their shift, but she went and talked to a technician named Ryan who stepped up to spend an xtra 45 mins working on my truck.

My 1998 Ford Ranger had a high idle that wouldn't settle down after it warmed up. The mechanic at Sam Leman Ford diagnosed a leaking PCV tube as well as an original oxygen sensor that was going bad. The service rep Michael kept me informed with a fair estimate and an explanation of the repairs. The mechanic was able to fabricate a new tube. The oxygen sensor was a challenge. I had a 15 day service period after buying my car from this company and even though they were full of appointments they found a way to fit it their schedule to take a look at my car because it was making a squeaky noise. They found out it was a easy fix and was covered in the policy with the service period. Thank you so much for I was worried about it.
I came in for an oil change with no appointment. They got me in and out very fast. The only disappointing thing which is not in your control is I cannot log on to my Ford pass and receive any points since I bought the truck I cannot find anyone that can help. That's been going on since 2018 when I bought the truck. Ford corporate was no help.

After they changed my oil they told me that the cabin filter & engine filter needed changed as only one was covered but not they other - why they did change the one that was covered - I’d really like to know why they didn’t . It kind of make me mad they didn’t cranes the one that was gonna be covered

Received a recall notice for my 2012 Ford Focus, which I bought here (when it was Dennison). They couldn’t have made it more convenient or easier to get the issue resolved. Same day mobile appointment. While I had a 4-hour window, the tech communicated when they were on the way. They were here for about 15-20 minutes. That’s it. The tech was very courteous as was the individual I spoke with when making the appointment.
As an out of state buyer, Michael Sellmyer was awesome to deal with as he has great people skills! The price was fair and communication was perfect. All went smooth including the financing. The delivery all the way to Riverside California was pretty quick as well! Thank you to everyone who helped on making my purchase as smooth as possible.

Great customer service. We are from Wisconsin and our car broke down just outside Bloomington. Hubby had to have it towed got there within 15 mins of close on a Saturday. On Tues they called and said they could have the part in Wednesday for an extra fee. Our car was fixed that day. We were on our way back down to Mississippi to drop our grandkids off back home. Excellent work!!!

Also, they were very accommodating and allowed me to take the car for an inspection by my mechanic before deciding to purchase the car. They thoroughly cleaned the car prior to delivery.
