Oil change and tire rotation was performed very well.
Leman Ford took good care of our vehicle that had broken down en route to Michigan. We continued our trip with a rental car, but Aaron in the service department contacted me to update us on the issue/repair (injector failure) several times and completed the repair when promised. Excellent communication and customer service!

Drove 90 minutes to Leman because we bought car there and didn't want to go to our local Ford dealership due to prior bad experiences. Got checked in fast. Shuttle took us to a nice place to eat to kill time. Service worked on main issue and another small issue that wasn't planned for the appointment. Very easy process for purchasing our 2026 Ford Explorer. Michael was our salesperson and was very easy to work with, no pressure tactics.

Mobile service tech Riley came to do a recall for me on my mustang. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. He also answered all the questions I had even if it wasn’t related to the recall he was doing.

Took Bronco in to address recalls. They turned off my seatbelt notification. I have two young children and rely on that to know if one of them has unbuckled when they shouldn’t be and the car is in motion. Only realized it was off when I was driving and looked back and saw my kid unbuckled and wasn’t alerted. Car should be returned the way it was brought in.
I appreciated the prompt follow-up to my questions and overall great customer service.

Had a great experience with sales person Issac. He was a great salesman very upfront, honest and worked very hard to make it a positive experience. Sales managers could use a little warmer/softer approach in negotiations is why I didn’t give 5 stars. I felt they priced the truck fair at the end of the day. All in all a good experience, got the truck I wanted and would buy from them again.
