Absolute worst service experience and quality I've yet experienced in USA. Took my F150 for couple repairs and most of the stuff, I still needed to come back. EX:

Service guy told me my brand new Maverick could now have the factory vinyl b pillar sticker warranties, and pretended it was after market ...I had to point out every Maverick on the lot has the same part. He then took photos and said the manager would reach out to let me know if it was covered. I took it to 2 other ford dealers and they said it was very obviously covered. This whole place is filled with xxxx bags. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also the manager never called.

Aside from the great initial purchase experience, the follow up when I had issues has been absolutely abysmal. I had traded in my old truck for a new one for my business. Adam, along with everyone else I talked to at the dealership knew this. After having some issues with my truck, it was revealed that my warranty was not valid because I was sold a non-commercial warranty. Basically, I paid nearly $3,000 for a worthless warranty. We recently bought a new Ford Bronco from Sam Leman in Bloomington, Illinois. I give the dealer a 5-star rating. The primary reason for this rating is because of our salesman, Alphonso. He was outstanding! It was amazing how much he knew about Broncos. He was extremely helpful in helping us make our final decision. We drove a 4-door, two 2-door, four and six cylinder. He even recommended that we take one home and drive it into our garage to see how it fit. It was a delightful experience.

My experience with this dealer has been a nightmare. In Jan 2023 I bought a 2020 Escape Hybrid with 10k miles. I was warned it was a buyback/lemon but only because they had no parts for the battery during the pandemic. I then took it in for maintenance and oil change as required but started hearing noises after TWO inspections. I then went to a Car-X that found multiple issues with brakes that should have been covered by Powertrain Warranty. I worked with Bob Rowe at Sam Leman ford in Bloomington on the purchase of a 2022 F 250. From the initial contact to driving the vehicle off the lot Bob and the entire staff at Sam Leman were excellent. I flew into Peoria from out of state and was picked up at the airport by a dealership employee, shuttled to the dealership and was in the road driving home in no time. If you are in the market for a new/used vehicle I only have good things to say about my experience.
We are very happy with our 2022 F-150 we purchased at Sam Leman Ford. We were impressed with the customer rapports of our Salesman Mason Witzke and with Brant Rushton (who walked us through processing our finance options). Mason made sure the truck was prepped for us to take home, answered all our questions, covered all the functionality of this truck -- and took time to show us how to use them.
My Aunt Julie just bought a new Bronco from Tom and doesn't do well on computers but wanted to let you know now nice it was working with him. I bought a 2020 F350 from salesman Gary in June. They would not deal at all on price , i paid full sticker which was more than when truck was new with 30k + on it .Truck must not have had a safety inspection as front tires were both at 30-40 psi air pressure light was on dash . Josh should not be is sales. Shoving his face with food at the front desk. When I asked for help he acted like I walked into his house and sat down at his table. Which is how I would expect to be treated when buying a new car. Instead when I showed him that their website had a car listed with the price he told me tough luck too bad. Advertising a brand new car and then telling me I can’t buy it until 4000 miles is a bait and switch and if not illegal definitely dishonest.
Worst dealership ive ever dealt with, ruined my sons first new car experience. Spent 7 hours in the dealer first and finally signed papers. Get a call 2 weeks before payment is due and told we needed to resign papers again. Meanwhile, we had our credit ran 9 TIMES!!! Was just here had the coupling on the drive shaft replaced went down the street to the grocery store and now I'm stuck. It's 81 degrees and my groceries are going to be spoiled. I can't even get it to shift out of parked.
